What cause inflammation while urinating?

Hello, i recieved unprotected oral from my girlfriend about 2 months ago and have slight pain while urinating. I am currently on my second dose of Cipro (500mg) but the symptoms aren’t really subsiding.

Main symptoms are:
After drinking water i need to go to the bathroom fast; every other soft drink , etc. Is fine
Mild pain underneath both sides of my stomach
Slight irritation while urinating
Genital area feels really hot sometimes
Throbbing sensation sometimes.

I would like to mention this was the first relationship for both me and my gf , while it was also my first time getting a blowjob. She jabbed my shaft a couple of times and retracted the skin a little more than i used to as she didn’t know what she was doing. I am uncircumcized, but got tested for chlymadia and gonnorhea (both negative) sometimes my penis tip also has an itchy sensation.
