Are you hunching your shoulders towards your ears?  Have you a lot of tension in the muscles in your neck and shoulders?  If so, could be cause of headaches.  How about a nice massage on shoulders?  I found aromatherapy message especially beneficial.

When I saw consultant about headache like yours, I was given relaxants to help.

Sounds like tension headaches to me, not migraine.  Just my personal opinion, as I have both.

OOhh!!. Well, it might be but to me it triggers in exactly opposite situations, like when I laugh out loud or sometimes odd sitting postures, and sometimes just thoughts triggers it and no medicines seems to be helping. Even hunger sometimes plays big role. Anyways, thanx for sharing your view, I'll work towards it. :)

Then if you saw a doctor, what treatments did they offer to you?

As you will see if you read through the postings, there are a lot of people who have severe migraines.  It's just something that a lot of us have to deal with.  Usually the scans don't show anything which is good because it means that you don't have a brain aneurysm or multiple scherosis.

You definately need medication or some other treatment.

Good luck.

It sounds like you probably have migraines.  See a doctor for some medication.  If you only get the severe headaches "sometimes", you probably won't need any scans, but the doctor will decide that.
