Severe migraines when neck cracks, Moves left to right, Last 24-72 hrs.

I have recurring migraines and found a new commonality that might help in solving them.
Prior to, during, and after the migraine I have severe cracking (crackling, popping) in my neck. I have been trained to do neck exercises by pain management and I did then last week, it resulted in a 3-day migraine where pain went from  left side and neck to right side and when worse it's usually behind my eye or temple area. Its not as severe when in back of my head. I have nausea and vomit sometimes and always have light sensitivity (wear dark sunglasses) and the ONLY thing that gives any relieve is Excedrin, ibuprophen is worthless. My stomach cannot handle Alleve. I just got over a 72 hour migraine and have the typical migraine hang over which consists of being tired and minor throbbing pains in my head. My neck still cracks a LOT, like rice crispies so now I'm afraid to move it which will compound the problem according to my old pain management doctor. My neck is popping today and I am keeping it as straight as possible for fear of triggering another one.

Am losing hope this is fixable and no matter how hard I try to avoid triggers, (chocolate guaranteed migraine, cheese sometimes, wine often, alcohol sometimes, smells sometimes. I'm afraid of banana, chocolate, raisins, grapes, cheese, wine, licorice and starting to fear too many foods.

I don't have money for expensive tests but have had MRI to check for major brain problems and it came back with no problems, this was about three years ago. I have constant pain due to what they call fibromyalgia and my doctor says he hasn't seen a single man with fibromyalgia so maybe the pain isn't that but constant pain in all major muscles and joints, loud music irritates my joints (like in church) and causes moderate back pain.

I'm 48 years old, otherwise healthy, well I have had anxiety and depression for many years on Effexor XR and Klonopin for many years and Adderall to overcome the pain and lack of ability to focus. My mother had severe disabling migraines with vertigo that were worse than mine when she was my age. She also had back problems with disks. I have never smoked, and don't drink alcohol, used to drink recreationally when younger. Some days I feel pretty good some days not. The migraines are scary sometimes, and I cannot bear sound when they happen, need to cover my ears with pillows and be in pitch black room.

Sorry for rambling nature- I'm in a post migraine dull period right now.
