Headaches,Light headed

for the past 7 months i have had symptoms of always having a headache,feeling super light headed,having a hard time breathing and once in a while chest pain.3 times i have had my body go numb.they thought it was my thyroid since i have graves disease but i got my levels checked and my tsh levels are perfectly normal.my blood pressure was super high for my age so they put me on 20mg of lisinopril,i have been on it for a week and i dont feel better at all if anything i feel worse,does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong thanks

Hemiplegic migraines are often caused by an inherited genes, but they  may occur in people with no family history of migrainesThe diagnosis of Familial Hemiplegic Migraine  is based on clinical findings and family history. You need to see a neurologist and confirm the diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be done.

With hemiplegic migraine how do you get checked if you have that? what kind of medicines do you take for it?Is there anyway to get rid of it?is is dangerous or deadly?

Is there any way to make the light headedness go away im not able to work or function really with these problems?

just any ideas on how you get checked if you have hemiplegic migrane would be great

You probably have hemiplegic migraine where , the symptoms are indicative of vascular disease and can be thought to be stroke.There are neurological signs of numbness and associated weakness with hemiplegic migraine.You need to go for regular followups and monitor your blood pressure levels regularly.
Develop a regular sleep pattern also massage will help you.Meditation will help decrease pain and increase concentration and self confidence.
