Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.

My first instinct is to say it is your pillow and/or mattress. I use to wake up with a migraine EVERY MORNING until I switched to a memory foam pillow, that dramatically decreased the amount of migraines.

I suggest switching pillows and since I know mattresses are exactly pennies then you can try an egg crate to go over your mattress.
