I Feel like I'm upside down

My head feels like I'm upside down. It feel like all the blood has rushed to my head and and my hearing is clogged.
I have been to see the nurse 3 days ago and she checked my ears and said they were all clean, no blockages no mucus no discharge so not an ear infection.
The pressure doesnt seem to be relieving, I am taking Paracetamol and Ibrubrofen.and now nausea is starting to effect me and dizziness.
its not constant its on and off but really noticable.

What can I do to get rid?

I know that when my bloodpressure gets to high, thats how I feel.  Check your bp!!

Sorry, in answer to your question, A cold compress such alike towel rested upon your forehead and seated in a comfortable position that is best for you could help to improve the symptoms of which reading again also sound a little like vertigo. Make sure that you drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated. I cannot offer anymore advice as you need to be seen by someone in the medical field for proper prognosis.

I would say that your hearing being clogged up is due to the increased blood flow to the eardrum,as of this rapid increase blood flow, if you can imagine your eardrum throbbing because of the pulse of the blood from the heart. The continual pattern of blood being supplied causes the blocked up feeling as more blood is being supplied to the head than usual. This of which you are not used to.
  Have you had your blood pressure taken lately? As what you are experiencing could be the result of a high blood pressure. However, there are many other diagnosis' for what you are experiencing, I would highly recommend visiting your GP.
