Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30 minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 15 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

In 7 days, you will start to feel the difference, but it may take up to 4 months to get back to normal. After you are better, continue the anulom vilom once a day for rest of life to stay healthy.
Keep your eyes closed when doing the breathing.
No change in My Headaches after doing as you posted unfortunatly. Fainted once more since then as well (not fainted last year). Its beggining to affect my concentration and incresingly hard to do mental problems, mainly a problem in school. Many thanks Joe Wright
How many minutes a day did you do anulom vilom and for how many days did you do it?
You need to do anulom vilom for 15 to 20 minutes twice a day and do not stop before 4 months.
I have not stopped doing the anulom vilom, i do it for 15 mins every evening before bed.
I have a problem with headaches recently. I have a headache all day long, some days its annoying and others its barely noticable. my doc diagnosed me with cluster headache. and put me on verapamil. your symptoms seem to match those of a cluster headache.
i suppose it could be cluster headaches. but as im under the age of 16 i guess i dont matter to the NHS. Its not good, I cant concentrate in class, im in tears over them. Im Just at the end of my teather with them. My step Dad also suffers from cluster headaches and the doctors gave him proananol and simatriptan.

Bit of an update everyone, i went to have an MRI today, Nothing showed up at a glance by as i get bad twitching now, and also weakness in my left arm and shoulder they think it is a brain tumor. I will keep people informed, im scared now.
