mmmm, bad sinuses can make you feel very dizzy and sick.  It messes up your whole balance thing.  Have you been to your doctor, it should improve with treatment.  The muscle spasm sounds like a possible trapped nerve, could be a different problem to your sinuses.  Have you tried breathing steam with some vicks? to see if it clears your ear, sounds like you need drops too.  It doesn't sound like a tumour though.  Hope things improce :-).

Thank you all for responding.  A few weeks ago,  I did post a question about brain tumors but nobody responded.

The reason why I asked is because I have been battling a severe sinus infection for 6+ weeks and I have never had symptoms like I do now.  I wake up in the mornings with my right ear feeling clogged and my nose is stuffy. I wake up feeling dizzy and sometimes,  if the mucous build up is bad, then I am nauseaus.  I never had sinus this bad before and I came up with the silly conclusion that "what if it was a brain tumor?"

Sometimes,  on the right side of my head,  I get these musclae spasms where I feel like a nerve is my head is jumping.

Can anyone relate???

I have been told that a patient presenting with headache is very rare, as little as 2 % of headaches are tumour related.  My neurologist has said that the usual symptoms are numbness in limbs, tingling sensations and convulsions.  Also if a headache is present it is usually very painful in the morning and improves later on, vomiting is also another sign.  But remember these can be signs of other headaches causes.

I posted a similar question in the Neurology sight and I have yet to get a responese. I will keep my eye on your post. I had three MRI's and two CT's which brought back no resluts for brain tumors. I was told by one doctor that brain tumors do not hurt and another told me they can be bothersome. I have relatives on my both parents side who have passed on from brain tumors, one younger than me, so I also asked on my post is they are genetic. The same doctor who told me they do not hurt told me they are not contagious. Good Luck....
