How wonderful it is to have found this site. My question relates to any techniques that can be used to 'prevent the daily anxiety and fear' of my headache turning into a full blown migraine.
I am to the point where I am getting really anxious all the time just waiting for the horrendous pain of the next Migraine, I am not even sure that I am not contributing to the whole 'event' with the awful fear of the pain.
To elaborate, my last 3 Migraines have been trips to the Hospital and IV or injection required, then severe, debilitating brain fog for 3 days after, I am having so much time away from work, it is truly impacting on every aspect of my life.
