Migraine swollen glands chest pain fainting

I am 22 years old i have history of kidney stones n chronic migraines I have had meningitis about 9 months ago while I was 7 months pregnant now I am experiencing constant migraines once it starts my glands in my neck get really swollen my face has a stinging numbing pain my chest feels as if I am being stabbed with a cold rod while pushing my chest together at the same time any movement I make it feels as my brain is swelling and everything goes black n get faint it hurts to breath n I get a fever up to 102 constantly have cold chills I cant figure anything out
