Hi,

Spinal headaches do not have any long lasting effect once they are gone. I would suggest you to make sure you are well hydrated eat regularly and get your BP checked.
If you are prone to allergies then this can also be one of the causes of headache. Regular walks and cup of coffee will also help.
Good luck!

Hi Jenn,

Administration of Epidural anesthesia causes headache in some patients who receive it. But this headache usually disappears within 6 weeks, at most. There are usually no long lasting side effects and headaches also do not recur.

Other types of headaches like migraine, tension headache, headache due to hypoglycemia, due to lack of sleep may also appear after pregnancy. Taking food on time will help. Also, with time, adjustment to your situation will help you to recover.

Please consult your doctor if headaches persist. Take care
