Hi
How are you?  Your symptoms indeed sounds like migraine headaches. Migraines are severe, one-sided throbbing pain, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, cold hands, sensitivity to sound and light. Certain foods, hormones, excessive hunger, changes in altitude, weather, lights, excessive smoking, and emotional stress may trigger these episodes. If pain medications do not work, you may need stronger prescription medicines that may be preventive or abortive of these headaches.Avoiding your triggers may also help. There is a migraine tracker here in MEdhelp that may help you identify these triggers. Take care and do keep us posted.

Sounds like you might be having migraines. Have you told your parent/s about these episodes? What does your doc say you're dealing with? Have they given you any preventative meds?
