Very Concerned about my mother.

Hi, I normally do not do this, but its getting to the point where I need answers and need help now.
My mother is having terrible migraines, its so bad that at some points she refuses to get out of bed. And recently, she has been having horrific nose bleeds. I just walked into her room and she had a whole kleenex full of blood. And she has also been exhausted. So tired, and she doesn't work or leave the house much. So I know it can be exhausted from over load or anything like that. I want to take her to the ER because I feel that is all I can do for her, but she refuses to go. Can someone please help me and give advice on what it could be. Im very scarred for her and worried sick!

Thank you for anything!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How is your mother?  If the blood loss in a nose bleed is rapid enough, it can lead to decreased oxygen in the brain and may result to neurological symptoms such as lightheadedness and headache. This needs further evaluation to rule out other possible serious causes such as brain tumor. Talk to her and have her checked by your doctor. Her medical history, physical and neurological examination will help. A CT scan may also be indicated. Take care and best regards.
