Hi,
It is good to know that you will be having a follow-up soon. And glad to be able to help also. Stay positive as you are now and discuss with your attending the new symptoms that you have. Hope to hear from you about this consult. Take care always and best regards.
Thanks, I have a pelvic nerve injury from 18 hours of induced labor and a csection. Between that and the chronic Uti's my bladder was deteriorating. Its finally healed after 2 months of antibiotics which made me feel awful. However the nerve injury isn't healed. I had a surgery to have my urethra stretched out to help with the pain and constant feeling of burning, but it was not successful. I have a followup on the 19th to figure out what further action we need to take. Thanks so much for keeping up with my post! It means alot to know there is someone who is willing to help or even listen!
Hi,
Thanks for the update. It is good that your blood pressure and ECG were fine. Can you elaborate on the bladder issues? The symptoms could be related or from a separate issue that needs to be checked. Talk to your attending about your symptoms for proper evaluation. Further tests may need to be done to help reach a diagnosis. Take care and do keep us posted.
I have had an ECG which turned out normal, I am currently seeing a specialist for bladder problems which is why I havn't pressed the issue with the breathing and headaches however I have had lots of check ups and my blood pressure has always been normal. Which is why I am on here trying to figure out why I am having all these problems. Is there anything else that can cause my symptoms?
Hi,
How are you? What tests were done already? I agree with the above post that you should have this checked by your attending physician for proper evaluation. Dizziness when standing, blurry vision, head rushes and even headaches can be due to orthostatic hypotension. Try to stand slowly to prevent large changes in the blood pressure, which usually causes the symptoms. ECG and other tests may be done to rule out cardiac issues. Take care and regards.
You should call your primary care doctor if these symptoms have been ongoing but they will probably want you to get evaluated ASAP.
If you are having chest pain and shortness of breath you should be evaluated ASAP.
