I'm not clear on what you mean here. Migraine is kinda an umbrella term for lots of different symptomatology.
There's a 'typical' migraine, which has aura as a start, then the head pain.
There's an "atypical' migraine which can span any kind of migraine other than normal.
There's 'abdominal' migraine where the pain is mostly in the stomach
There's a 'visual' migraine where the chief complaint is of the aura.
There 'status migrainous' which is where a migraine lasts for over 72 hours consecutive
these are only some of the types. If you Google "types of migraine" you should find a list w/ a brief summery of each type.
