tingly headaches

Alright, I'm 16 years old, a guy, and I'm healthy.  My diet is fine, it's better than most normal American kids my age.  I've never had any health problems. I do have a family history of cancer, but there's been cervical cancer and skin cancer.  I'm an extremely quick learner, I usually only have to watch something been done before I know how to do it.  I'm a very active person, I play soccer and run Cross Country and Track, and sometimes I rollerskate and play basketball, so I doubt it's anything wrong with my head or my body.

But I get these "headaches", they don't hurt, they bring a tingly sensation, in my forehead is where they happen.  I did a quick internet search, but I didn't find anything like mine.  The closest to my situation was this girl, same age, on this site: http***www.medhelp.org/posts/show/454086
She didn't have tumors either, I haven't had an MRI scan but I doubt I have any tumors either, as I've had this for almost 2 years but didn't really think about it till lately.
The difference between that girl's headaches and mine, is that I control when they come up.  But only when I concentrate on it, no one else that I've talked to get them.   Sometimes when I really think about it, it makes my nasal passages feel strange, that's when the "headaches" are really big, but it doesn't affect my breathing, just makes my nasal passage feel weird.

My friends and I joke that it's a telepathic power in its baby stages, ha.  But in all seriousness, I find it easier to concentrate, usually when I watch TV while under one of these headaches I hold it in a little better than normal.  But if I go on these "headaches" for longer than 45 minutes I start to have a real headache.
Sometimes when I pull them up when they're intense and for a decent amount of time, I can't stop them, and they'll go on for a while until I turn on loud music or run around for a bit.

Anyway, these are a bit strange, maybe it's all in my head.  I mainly find it strange that I can call them up whenever I want.

Hi,

Thanks for writing in and great to know that you are doing so well.
It is difficult to give an opinion without a clinical exam however, I would suggest you to get yourself evaluated for sinusitis. Chronic sinusitis can cause tingly sensations in the forehead and scalp.
Hope this helps!

You have stress and anxiety. Maybe even a panic disorder that is causing these "tingles" in your head.

You do not have any super powers. Hate to crush you.
