topamax??

i have these migraines and i think only on one side it seems.. my right side .. every time i have one which is most of the time.. my right eye shrinks down.. and i have bad peripheral vision .. my doctor prescribed topamax.. i am wondering how long it would take too notice the affects???

also is it normal that i am so tired all of the time??

and at the time she diagnosed me with migraines... i had so much anxiety i couldnt focus really on what side my migraine were on.. since they seem to be on the right side.. does that make a difference in what kind of medication i should take... or a difference in my diagnoses
