Flexibility in most of my joints

I have flexibility issues in almost all of my joints (Knees, elbow, wrist, ankle). Coincidentally, all the joints in the right side of my body are worse. I cannot squat as the back of my feet cannot touch my butt, my hand cannot touch my shoulder, cannot do pushup as wrist will hurt a lot.

I have done xrays but doctor said my xrays are fine. Went through physiotherapy but joints flexibility does not improve no matter how much i stretched. Wrists hurt after stretching for a few hours up to 2 days.

Wrist hurts if i spend long hours using computer sometimes it hurts even when im not doing anything. I seem to have tendonitis in my wrist too. I'm not sure whether the pain in my wrist and the flexibility issues are related.

Anybody knows what medical conditions do i have because my doctor diagnosed me patellofemoral pain syndrome which im sure its wrong ?

Well, this is puzzling! The PFS could explain your knee pain, but that would be all. You could have bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome (which could explain the wrists). Sorry, but I would have to see all the x-rays and do an examination to do you justice. I hope you are seeing a Orthopod and having a Radiologist reading these films. I would like to hear the end result when/if you get one. Best wishes, jd1963!

Hello Vaised! I was checking back to see if you've had any improvement or further treatment. Also, I wanted to add that MRI's are very useful when any soft tissues (ligaments, tendons, etc..) are involved. Have great day! JD1963
