Ovary removal and ovulation

I had my left ovary removed due to a cyst, but was yound and didn't really ask about the effects it would have on my fertility. I was wondering if now that I only have one ovary - does that mean I only ovulate every other month?

Nope - you are likely ovulating every month.  Within a few months of one ovary being removed the other one picks up for it.  Your fertility shouldn't be compromised from your surgery.
