I don't need the course, already been told by my lo social worker when it was addressed with her, (was a stand in family support worker who wrote on the form) idk if she has had it removed off the form or not but my solicoter has everything every step of the way.
But I don't want to give them any excuse not to let my son come home so i'm just biting my tongue and putting things in away where they are not coming across as argumentative yet stopping them from pushing the issue.
It is hard to get the balance right with social servicesso that you are not too laid back yet not too pushy -.-

Another way to address the fact that they wrote on your form that you are aggressive and argumentative would be to get some anger-management counseling.  Even if they are wrong about you, it will be on your record that you did this, and will tend to counteract their statements on the official forms.

Yes I do want him to have the right medical help to get see what is going on.
But any nagging 'spitting my dummie out' as they have said is going against me in the fight to get him home.
Which is why i've reported it and had my solicoter write emails and letters to relevant people so I can go through the "proper" channels to get my concearns heard and it won't be used against me.

You said "If they took that as bad then me nagging at them isn't going to help me get my son home :( " ----- but, according to your post here, this is about you getting him to the pediatrician to see what is wrong. I think you should focus on one thing, getting him proper medical care, before you focus on the next, getting him back.

They made a comment about me still being with my sons "dad" and because I dismissed and argued the case with them as he got the boot several months before they wrote on my assessment that i'm aggressive and argumentative.
If they took that as bad then me nagging at them isn't going to help me get my son home :(
I've had my solicoter write to social services and to my son's solicoter about this, they should get it sorted out soon.

well my opinion is that you do ask this foster parent to take the child to get checked out ..you are still his Mom .if you dont get anywhere report it to the social services the foster parent is not doing her duty. This small helpless child is what matters ....Just do it ...

Crying won't do anything for your child.  In what way do you think social services would take it that is bad?

Yes I do, but it feels like my concearns are falling upon deaf ears :/
I'm close to tears over it as I don't want to complain too much with social services as idk how they'll take it.

He needs to be seen by the gp or his pediatrician.

As his mom do you get to see him and give input as to health?
