I don’t know if this is bad

So on dec 12 I had sex with this guy he said that he’s clean and I as well I told him and so we did it and the next day my vagina was itchy but not as much then Saturday comes at night it itches so bad I took a shower and then I look down there and there was a lot of discharge it was white and it was around my vagina so then I cleaned it up. After that I felt better and I didn’t feel anything the 25 of dec came and I had my period it took 6 days my period usually stop on the fifth day but it didn’t so the 31st of dec I woke up having a fever (because on Saturday I took a shower and my hair was a little dry/wet and I went out and it was hella cold) I woke up with a migraine and so I took a pill and I got better on New Year’s Eve and then 2 of Jan I have this on my lip and I’m scared that I have something serious

Hi first no std shows symptoms the next day so it would appear you got a friction irritation and yeast infection developed but even a yeast infection would not appear the next day after sex so most likely it was developing like a week prior. If your concered have your GYNO check you out but none of what you mention suggest any std.
