i dont have actual sexual relationship but I masturbate,but I dont put anything inside my vagina except my fingers/ now I noticed some pimple like blisters on the skin of my vagina, just on the surface, and painful,what could it be?

Either a baterial or viral infection. See your doctor. If it is too embarassing, just say you think it got there from your fingers when you put in a tampon.
