Black spots on foot?

Hi there,
This may seam a very small question, but I am not sure what this is;

On the underside of my left foot I have two groups of small little black spots in the foot. and The skin over this is slightly hardened and raised.

Is this a varooka? - Or what?! - Perhaps I have just trodden on something maybe?!!
Whatever you guys think it may be, what could I do about it?

Any input is much appreciated, thanks.

The term is verrucca, a plantars wart. It is treatable with several over the counter topical medications. You may need to treat nightly for up to 6 weeks . So be patient and give it a try. Take care
