Dot on my side that's now like...ew

So I've had this dot ( I have ton more) on my hip/side. It's also much darker then the Beautie marks that are more brown. This ones like almost black. Latly it's been like blacking off, like just the top layer.

It kinda look like a blood blister but I've had for as long as I can remember (I'm 15) and it's never been a problem before. I'm noticing it's not the same flexibility as skin dose. Like idk how to say that but it's not just a coloration of the skin, it is something. It ussed to lay flat as if it was just a dot but now it's slightly raised up and has a white dot in the middle like the head of a pimple but not as stoking out. It's very small, like the tip of a pen.

I'm 98% sure it won't hurt me but I'm just wondering about it. I kinda like it. I think it's a nice ubique marking, although sometimes I mistake it for dirt in the shower or a bug at the beach. Just the resent raising up and peeling off the top layer kinda got me. So if you have an idea thanks,

If it looks like a "black mole", then you need to have it looked at it. It may be a type of skin cancer and should not be ignored. Make an appointment with your doctor if that is how it looks.
