If these problems are continuing for more than a couple weeks, it would be best to make a doctor's appointment. It could be an infection, internal, and you would need to be put on anti-biotics. It's hard to say what is going on because there are just too many possibilities. You can try aloe, which is soothing, but if it doesn't clear up, see your doctor.

Yah I've stopped with the neospotin, and now I've been aplying some non scented cetaphil lotion to keep it moist, what I think I really need to do is stop masturbating for now cause it seems after I get done my very tip of the head seems inflamed to where I can see the left flap area with like a cone shape, I'm wondering why this happens, is it because there is acids in sperm or what???? Thank u for all the advicee so far

I wouldn't use either unless you know the reason for your irritation/rash because using that a lot can cause a lot more harm than good. Neosporin is meant to kill off bacteria and help a wound heal, but it may be more damaging to the sensitive skin that is on your penis than what you would want. If the skin is very dry and looks chaffed, then just keep the area more moist and don't use any harsh chemicals/soaps that are very drying. Then give your body some time to heal. It will take a while, so don't expect it to get better over night.

Thanks homie that sounds like good advice, I've also been putting vasaline all over because that relieves irritation when I'm wearing cloths, also some aloe from the plant. Also I tried hydrocortisone, and neosporin... Do any of those sound like they would help??

It could be irritation/a rash from heat or sweat. Do you wear boxers or tighter clothing? Wearing boxers may help to relieve heat rash, as the sweat builds up and causes a rash. It might also be from certain chemicals that can be on your clothing, like an allergic reaction to a certain clothing detergent. Though it would be a good idea to just make a doctor's appointment to get it looked at to make sure it is not an infection or STD. You should get tested yearly if you are sexually active anyways, just to make sure you are healthy and in good standing.
