Is it higher to the sides? Sorry to be asking so many questions but the more I know the better I can help. If it is a little more to the sides you may have a kidney infection. This will need to be treated by a Dr.
Have you been running a fever and or having burning during urination?

I recommend that you get in to see your Dr. There are several things that could be going on and I wish I could tell you what it is.
Does the pain happen after eating, is it higher, lower, on the right or left side of your stomach?
