Testicular stones?

I just took my 12 year old son to the er for pain in his scrotum. They did an ultrasound and found that he has a cyst and has testicular stones. I cant find anything on these stones. The dr said they are rare and does not know to much about them except that they cause cancer. I was wondering if anyone could tell me something. I'm very worried about my son. Thank you.

Hi I'm seventeen and still schooling.
Im not really sure what i have. But i can feel something in my scrotum. Its small and round. Just to make it clear, i think its about the size of the metal part of a mico usb connector. Any idea what this could be. Because i thought Tescticular Microlithiasis caused tiny crystals.

Id love to hear a response ASAP

This condition is called Testicular Microlithiasis.  It does NOT cause cancer however it can be a precursor to cancer, but not without other contributing factors (genetics, smoking, drugs, EMF radiation exposure, prolonged unhealthy diet, etc.)
The composition of the stones is calcium.  Think of it like a testicular Gall Stone.  The stones usually appear in the epididymal tubes and block the flow of sperm to the vas deferens.  However, they can actually occur almost anywhere in the testicle.  If there are only 5 or less, the condition is considered benign.
Medically speaking, there is no treatment for them.  Doctors recommend regular testicular ultrasounds so that you can make sure they aren't proliferating.
If you are looking for a Natural Cure or Natural Treatment, I have found they respond well to Oral Chelators.  These are supplements which remove plaque from the arteries.  Arterial plaque is basically calcium and cholesterol hardened along the arterial wall.  Testicular Microliths are essentially cholesterol and calcium hardened against the epididymal wall.
Also, dairy and grains such as Wheat, White Rice and Corn syrups/solids tend to cause the acidic conditions which allow the body to develop calcium deposits.  Remove these from the diet and replace them with fresh raw green leafy vegetables.  Be VERY mindful of your foods.  Almost everything has corn starch or high fructose corn syrup in it.  These are THE worst offenders.  Eating corn off the cob is usually not a problem, just don't drench it in butter (dairy).  Yogurt DOES constitute a dairy product.  Eggs do NOT; though for some insane reason many people think of eggs (from a chicken) as a dairy product (from a cow).
