breast pain
im only 18 yrs old but i my breast hurts or aching and it also hurt when i squeeze my nipple and my nipple has a little crack.....i feel it since im 14 yrs old and when my nephew punch me on my left breast and i think the pain become worse until now...pls answer this i need an answer...is it breast cancer

If you have had unprotected sex and have missed your periods, you could be pregnant. Hence check for pregnancy. Generally breast pain that comes and goes and disappears in between is due to fibroadenosis. This is a benign condition and often there is no lump associated with it. It generally responds to drugs like Danazol. It is often a symptom of pre menstrual syndrome. Pain felt primarily under left breast is often due to acidity and gastric reflux. It can also be due to costochondritis since you have a past history of injury. Wear good support bras. Please consult your gynecologist. Take care!
