I am 16 year old male earlier I had pain in my left testie and left lower back.i went to doctor he said me fir ultrasound of abdomen and gave few medicine the pain was less and only was in lower back and soon after the pain start radiates to right lower back too. Someone advised me to go a new doctor so I went to new doctor he said it occurs in teenagers and said to do ultrasound of scortum ( which I have not done yet ) and gave medicine for a week the pain was no more but after 2-3 days of medicine over the pain started in lower back......so what should I do ??continue that medicine or go again for doctor..... I also want to tell that I have also have nocturnal emissions once in week ... Is they are interrealted??how can I get rid off it too

The nocturnal emissions are normal, so do not concern yourself with those and should not be related to your testicle and back pains.  For your testicle pain, you could get the ultrasound done, but also tell doctor that you still have lower back pain and need to know its cause.
