wisdom teeth extraction(please read and reply, i need to know ASAP)

I got my wisdom teeth pulled out a week ago the upper part are fine and my lower right tooth site is healing fine. but my lower left has been pretty weird. the hole is quite big and when i open my mouth i could see white in the back when light is shined on it. i've tried to irrigate it using the syringe but it will not come out. slightly hurts but it just doesn't feel right. my dentist said that i'm passed the dry socket phase but is there a possibility that it could still happen in a week in? i've also been rinsing very thoroughly and keeping my mouth clean. also in my lower right part of my mouth. the gum line is slightly teared away from the toth before my wisdom tooth was pulled. it bleeds very lightly but has been bleeding for a week. I don't know what i should do.

It sounds normal to me. I had all of mine pulled at the same time. Only one was giving me problems at the time though. I had to have a molar pulled a few years before that also. Sometimes after they pull a tooth they might miss a small peice or bits of bone get broken off in the process. Over time the socket does close up but you can still tell there used to be a tooth there. My lower right gum had a bit of bone protruding sort of from the side(felt odd) but eventually it worked itself away. Your gums are going to feel weird for awhile.
