By the way I have been a pack a day smoker for 10 years. I know I have to quit but I fear that the damage has been done.

Thank you guys very much for the help. It really meens a lot to me.  I took a full blood panel. The Dr. told me everything was good but my cholesterol was high. My bad cholesterol was high but my good cholesterol was also high. That was about two months ago. I got the results a week after I went to the ER. When I was at the ER. They said I was having heart Palpiataions. After they ran an EKG on me. I noticed I lost so much weight mostly in a few week spand. I went from 225 to 213 That fast.

Before my pules started racing on me I was walking 30 mins everyday. For the past 6 months. I have stoped due to the weather. I dont know if these BP pills are messing me up. Or if it is anxiety. my heart, my lungs, do I have cancer. IDK  I am just a total wreak these days. Any avise will really help at this point. Thankx guys.

It sounds like some of things things may not all be related to one thing.

if you stopped drinking,  it's likely that would cause you to lose a little weight.  Also the anxiety of all these issues might cause weight loss.  If you are average weight,  losing 10 pounds isn't much of a concern.

High pulse rate and the other things can be caused by anxiety.

Are you getting regular vigorous exercise?  I know you say you don't want to do anything anymore,  but getting out and walking a couple miles a day would reduce your anxiety and increase your energy.

Best wishes.
