I have really bad teeth several abscesses that I've not glen care of in years nd everything single one of my teeth are decayed I have been having weird symptoms that might just be related to my teeth being so screwed up but I've got 1 swollen lymph node on the left side of neck that has shrunk significantly with ibuprofen Alison slight ear pain that comes and goes and oral thrush and a tongue that feels swollen but isn't also I've been getting brain fog. Poor appetite facial twitching tongue twitching even eye twitching nd fatigue vertigo insomnia does anyone give me a clue as to what I might be dealing with keep in mind that most of these symptoms come and go sometimes I can go days without ear pain or any twitching

I am so sorry that you are suffering this way.  I agree with you that the abscessed teeth are probably causing you this problem.
Try to find a free dental clinic to have your teeth removed.  But, first you need antibiotics.  Abscessed teeth can cause lots of health problems.
If you can find Cepacol mouth wash where you live, it would help quite a bit.  But, you really need a doctor.
   Wish I could help more.
