Burning Sensation in penis head

Hello everyone,

I have a persistent burning sensation in my penis (seems to be in the head), it's been going on for over 2 months now, some times it feels like it extends to my anus and there will be pain there too, but this isn't all the time. Here's the symptoms:
1. It burns randomly in the day, usually more in the morning, and lasts hours.
2. It burns the worse when I feel like i need to pee
3. There is no blood in my urine, no discharges, no visible signs of anything on my penis, no itching
4. It has come to my attention it might start to burn ONLY after I pee, I guess the first pee of the day starts it up and it's more noticeable...but i'm not 100% sure.
5. Theres a slight sensation of pain when I pee, like the pee is hurting me.
6. I noticed when I'm driving in the car it's when it burns the most, because I'm sitting. I'm starting to think it's a prostate issue.

The tests I've had done:
1. Urine test a few days after the symptoms started, the abnormal results from the test were the following:
P.H. Level: 8.0 (normal is 5.0-6.0)
Proteins: 15 mg/dl (normal is no proteins in urine)
Note: cells isolated from the urethral epithelium, scarce mucous filament, leukocytes from 0 to 2 per field, very few coconut-like bacteria

The doctor put me on Cephalexin for 7 days, and something to help with the pain. It seemed like the burning went away, but returned when I stopped taking everything. However the burning is more mild then it originally was when the symptoms started.

So then 2 weeks later I got another urine test, biochemical test, biometric screening to see if there was anything else I was missing, the noticeable abnormal results were the following:
Direct bilirubin: 0.31mg% (normal chart 0-0.30)
High Density Cholesterol: 39.0 mg/dl (normal chart 40-60)
Lymphocytes: 50% (normal chart 20-45)
Eosinophils: 3% (normal chart 0-2)
Monocytes: 7% (normal chart 2-8)
Platelets: 142 x10^3/mmc (normal chart 150-400)

Urine results: no more protein in urine, and P.H. level back to normal(6.0):
Note: Moderate amount of mucous filament and cells of the urethral epithelium, leukocytes from 0 to 1 per field, and erythrocytes from 0 to 1 by several fields, isolated coconut-like bacteria

Urine Culture: Negative (No infection, nothing grew)

HIV: Negative
Papilloma: Negative
VDRL(Syhpilis): Negative
Prostate Cancer: Negative

My wife seemed to catch whatever I had, or vice versa. Everytime we have sex she complains it burns/hurts after. Then she got a really nasty UTI which included blood in her urine and all that, 3 days later the UTI was gone with the use of coconut oil and apple cider vinegar.

However we thought it was related so the doctor ordered a vaginal culture to see what was going on and here are the results:
Isolate and identify Enterococcus sp.
Antibiograma
Sensitive to:
vancomycin, Linezolid, Ampicillin

Resistent A:
Penicillin

Lactobacillus sp
---------------------

Observation in fresco:
Cells (+++)
Bacillus (++)
Leucocoitos (++)
Negative for trichomonas

-------
Gram staining:
Cells (+++)
Polymorphonuclear Leucocoites (++)
Bacillus Grampositivo (++)
Cocos Grampositivos en cadena (+)

So I thought maybe I have the same bacteria, a mild infection that's causing all this. So I started taking Ampicilina for 3 days. I noticed no improvements, and I stopped once me and my wife went to a gynecologist and he examined both of us after we explained what was going on. He suggested we probably have a fungus infection and he prescriped me ketoconazole cream, and itraconazol. However 3 days in I don't feel any better...

I'm really lost, and uncomfortable, please help!

Ok it's confirmed, I had 0 pain for hours until I peed, now I have the burning again. So it's burning after I pee, and persists for hours. I google'd this and it keeps pointing to my prostate. Prostatitis, which would explain why I have pain in my middle/rectum area some times as well, and why I can't seem to get rid of this problem!

I think it's time for a prostatitis exam.

Make sure to never take fleuroquinolne antibiotics. They can and will cripple you because they deplete your Magnesium level along with other key nutrients like vitamin B12 & B6, then doctors want to call it a disease and give you pills for life!

Thanks for that, but I actually take a complete vitamin b and magnesium pill supplement along with others daily. I don't think that will happen.
