Confused about testicle pain

I have posted questions about the same problem a few times already but i like to hear other peoples opinions. About 6 weeks ago or a little more I got sudden testicular pain while I was skateboarding. There was no impact to my testicles so Im not sure what caused it. I have been to many doctors who have ruled out things like torsion, epididymitis, and hernia through ultrasound etc. I am still convinced there is something seriously not right with my testicles. I had a painful ejaculation the day after the pain started and now I find it very difficult to get aroused and orgasm. It is possible but just alot harder and less enjoyable. This is difficult to handle because I am only 21 and not sexually active yet. I have also noticed that my testicles hang lower since the pain started and the main one that hurt (Left) sits more horizontal in my scrotum now. The pain is not very bad anymore but it just doesnt feel right. Another strange symptom is that I have erections while sleeping that last all night and I use to only have them in the morning. Ive also had lower back aching which could hint at prostate problems or kidney stone problems but my urinary function is fine. The most accurate diagnosis I can give myself is damage to the dartos/cremaster muscles. Is it possible for testicles sit differently because of these muscle damages and would it affect sexual function that much. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the information. I hadnt heard of pelvic floor dysfunction before and it definitely sounds like it could be what is causing my lower back and core discomfort. I still think that the sudden onset of my testicular pain is indicative of a testicular injury. I am now convinced that my back pain is something similar to PFD that is secondary to testicular pain. Obviously if my testicles are causing me pain, those muscles will be overly tense for long periods of time.
