Could chronic testicular swelling/pain be caused by chemical epyditimitis?

I’m 19 and have been struggling with bilateral Chronic epydidtimtis for 8 months now. I have taken Doxyciline, Ciproflaxin, Levoflaxin, Prednisone, and currently taking Clarithromycin. I’ve had ultrasounds and STI tests indicating I don’t have an STD. The pain has not subsided at all since it first started. A couple of months ago I thought figured out what was causing the pain and was told I have a very small inaguail hernia and a vacrocelle on my left side. I had both issues corrected with laproscopic surgery  and I’m still having the same bilateral pain I had before. I went back to my PCP who referred me to a different urorlogists. He confirmed that both of my epidymi (not sure if that’s the right word) and testicles were swollen. He referred me to a pain management doctor and prescribed me the Clarythmcin I’m taking now. I’m trying my best to get over my pain and just deal with it, but this becomes increasingly difficult as time goes on. One thing I have not mentioned to any of my doctors that I realize might have been a mistake, was the possibility of the root problem being chemical epyditimitis. A couple days before the pain was noticeable, I had to take a urine test for a drug screen. Being that I have a shy bladder, it took a lot of water for me to force enough urine out for a sample. My bladder was so full it felt like there were needles and knives in my stomach. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to fully drain my bladder until an hour after I had provided an adequate sample. The only reason I bring this up now is that I read chemical epyddtitmtis is caused by urine influx that occurs from straining with a full bladder. Is it possible this is what is caused my chronic swelling and pain, and if so what can be done to fix the issue? It’s my understanding that chemical epydiditmitis is usually short term and goes away within 24 hours, so is it really possible for the effects of that single incident to last this long? I’m just trying to find answers and don’t want to have to resort to an epyndyctomy as it would render myself sterile considering I have pain on both sides, but I’m in the military and need to have this fixed so I can get on with my job without restriction. Thanks
