Discomfort after urnating

I recently took a 10 day course of augmentin for strep throat or tonsillitis (I took the prescription prior to testing to see which). Toward the end of the treatment, I started to experience some mild discomfort after urninating. Weeks later I am still experiencing that discomfort, in varying degrees. Usually if I am better hydrated it is milder. It is never terrible, just a mild burning or itching. The location is toward the tip of the penis, but inside.

I am wondering if it is perhaps yeast, but I am also conserned about possible stds. I did receive oral sex from a new partner a few weeks before the sore throat and subsequent antibiotics. Is there any chance that an std could present only that one symptom 3 weeks after exposure and while taking augmentin?

I am going for urinalysis after he weekend, but have enough anxiety to seek advice here. If it matters, I am a 40 year old man.

Thanks.
