I'm so sorry to hear this is such an invasive problem, I am hopeful we can find some answers for you. Since this has been an ongoing problem for years there has to be something bigger going on here than a UTI. I'm going to ask administration to transfer your post to the Urology Forum but if you don't get answers because of the unique symptoms, please send me a private message and I'll see if they can't transfer your post to the dr side of the forum (or if you want to do that yourself you can post on the right side of the forum page under Urology).

Good luck, I hope you find some answers soon!

Hello,
Firstly it is important to know whether you had any unprotected intercourse as frequent urination can be one of the earliest symptoms of pregnancy. Other important possibilities are a urinary tract infection, diabetes mellitus, kidney infections, hypercalcemia, hypokalemia(low potassium),hyperthyroidism or hyperparathyroidism.

I sincerely suggest you to do a urine for pregnancy test and if the test comes negative, then please wait for your periods and repeat the test after 1 week of your missed periods date. Once the status of pregnancy is cleared, urine examination and culture swab of the vaginal discharge along with blood levels of blood sugar and thyroid hormones can be done.

I sincerely hope it helps. Take care and regards.

you need to get a referral from you Dr to see a urologist that would be the first thing to do they will help and might suggest a cystoscopy it looks into the bladder and see what wrong it could be allot of things actually 129 things that can cause frequent urination so a urologist can help and run other test to blood or 24 hr urine sample it can be Common to rare easy to fix and some not so easy
