HELP!!! Very depressed!.

Hi there,  I am hoping I could get some help.  about 10 weeks ago i ireceived oral sex from a friend.  She is clean no history of STD and she did not have any sores on her mouth.  After the oral within hours I started to feel a tingling sensation on the corona of my penis.  I gave it a close look and it seemed like I had a skin colored bump on the corona of my penis.  It looks like a sebaceous cyst you get on your cheek except there is no liquid or anything.  I cant squeeze it either.  Anyway i noticed that I kept feeling it rub agains my underwear.  I tried anit fungal creams and it did not go away.  I went to my MD and he gave me Hydrocortizone 2% and that helped.  The iriation from there has disappeared.  Tho the bump is still there and has not changed size.  I am guessing that it has been there all this time and never realized it.
Here is the thing.  I am so scared of an STD that I look into the the web for some assistance.  I read about symptoms of STD and kept checking myself for symptoms.  Though the initial irritation stoped me being worried about other symptoms and continuously inspecting my penis and opeing my urethra to make sure i was not developing any sores, that now i feel the irriation on the tip of my penis.  Right below the meatus.  Can anyone help?   I also have this constant urge to go pee even after I just went.

Thank you doctor.  In regards to frequent urination I don't have that.  I just have the feeling of it.  When, I go to pee it is still normal and there is no burning while urinating.

In regards to STD's i am getting my results today and I have not used any different soaps or shampoos for the last year.

I did start getting the irritation of the tip after a masturbation session.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms the bump can be due to an irritated hair follicle or cyst. However if you are having irritation of the head of penis or frequent urination then it is better to rule out possibilities like infection and urethritis.

It can be due to STD’S like Chlamydia or gonorrhea, chemical irritation caused by soaps, lotions etc, masturbation and bacterial infections of the urethra.

In urethritis the diagnosis can be made only by the proper collections of urine specimens from both the urethra and the bladder. These specimens will reveal the presence of white blood cells in the urethral washings, while the midstream (bladder) specimen will be free of cells. Also other tests that need to be done are swab samples and blood tests.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
