I seem to have permanently shrank my penis with Adderall.
I took it one time. I only took it one time, now for the past year, my penis has been about an inch shorter while flacid and much harder to get an erection and stay hard. And when I have an erection I do not have any hardness in the head on my penis now.
My penis feels like my body is in the fight or flight response where my penis is sucked into my body to prevent injury or something and the Adderal somehow tricked my body into staying this way.
My feet and sometimes arms are also numb quite a bit.
I have now tried Cialis and it didnt help at all. I feel like I have permanently screwed by body up and it is making me extremely depressed. I dont know what to do.
Again, this was from taking 10mg of extended release Adderall 1 year ago.
Can anyone give me any information on if there is anything I can do to undo this reaction.

Like you, I had Adderall one-time with an unknown dosage (the friend that slipped me the pill said it was half of a 20 mg pill). I hope you find some answers, as I haven't yet for mine. The symptoms are quite similar, except I don't get feet or arm numbness.
It's been over 3 years since I've had that Adderall pill, but I haven't found any answers then as everyone says ED will go away once you're off the pill but single use Adderall seemed to have affected me permanently, and I've kind of just accepted it, as I'm still able to have sex. Although lately my erections are much harder to maintain and could go away in seconds if I take a break, which is prompting me to do more research on a topic that I had originally given up on. Unfortunately, I don't have those rock-hard erections that I used to have in my pre-Adderall state.
Sometimes I feel that if I just take another Adderall pill, maybe my body will just reset, but that's just silly thinking.

Try taking L-arginine and see if that helps. It increases blood flow. Take it and then go for a run. Try to run every day for a week and see if it doesn't up your blood flow and testosterone and get you relaxed and better.
