Penis tip issue

I am a 22 yr old male with problems on the tip of my penis. About 2 and a half months ago I ha an STD scare starting with a pressure at the tip of my penis after intercourse ( condom protected) I sill don't know why I had the pressure the first time ( maybe was too rough and the condom was really tight) well during this 2 and a hal month period I've been to my doctor about 8 times, first for the pressure then for bumps that he foun to be nothing. He is very knowledgeable about stds and other internal issues an I trust him completely. I've been screened lime 3 times for all stds and everything is in the clear. He even gave me a shot for gonorrhea and antibiotics for chlamydia just in case. Well the pressure went away about a week or two during my regiment. Not sure if it ha anything to do with the antibiotics. About a month after that everything seemed to he normal and I resumed having sex again and masturbating. One night ( about 2 weeks ago) I masturbated twice back to back ( about 5 mins apart) then just knocked out. The next morning the pressure was back... Not as bad but a very similar feeling. And till now which has eased but is noticeable. My doc says it's stress and anxiety related and my penis looks fine and I agree with him. It doesn't hurt to pee doesn't hurt to ejaculate and semen looks normal. The pressure is more noticeable after I pee. Sometimes when I start working up a sweat it kinda has a warming sensation. Its just on and off could go hours and feel like nothings goin on. If I were to have damaged myself by masturbation would it last this long. What do you think should I go see a urologist?? My doc says it would be a waste of time and money but I'm really not sure if this is in my head or I really do have something wrong. Please help..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This pressure or warm sensation can be due to anxiety, contact dermatitis, traumatic damage to the nerves of penis, diabetes, prostatitis, urethritis etc. Prostatitis is an inflammation of the prostate gland. From your symptoms, it can be due to chronic prostatitis. It is also possible that sitting on an inadequately padded surface or for prolonged periods of time is causing transient irritation to the prostate. This could be appearing as the pain in the penis.

You will need ultrasound, X-ray, and computerized tomography (CT) along with prostatic fluid examination along with prostate specific antigen.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Oh forgot to add the tip looks slightly red, well to me my gf says otherwise. I feel it the most when I wake up but it seems to tone down as the day goes on and by the time I sleep it's hardly there. Is this an issue to go see a derm or a urologist?
