HI,

What do you mean by: "when i get erection after a minute the drops start coming from my penis"? It is normal that preseminal fluid is produced. Are you talking about a clear fluid or is it thick and whitish. Preseminal fluid is clear and is prduced during the exitement phase of sexual arousement.
Do you loose your erection when this fluid is expelled? Under normal conditions there should be no itchyness when these fluids are produced. Do you notice anything else, like a rash?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Too much masturbation will not cause such a problem. It can be due to premature ejaculation. In young, Psychological stress, performance anxiety, depression, neurogenic disorders, peyronie's disease, body image issues, medications, alcohol, smoking, drugs/medications, hormonal imbalance, radiation therapy, kidney failure, metabolic disorders, multiple sclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, prostatitis, urethritis etc.

I suggest you a thorough evaluation done from a urologist and rule out these conditions one by one.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
