Penis has felt bad for two years. What of the following things can be the cause?

I am 23 years old and male.
About six years ago I jumped from one pole to another, slipped and hurt my urethra. It was pretty bad. A few months later I got a Urethrotomy, and generally, I was able to both pee and ejaculate decently after that. Currently, the doctors think my stricture should be no cause for concern.

However, about two years ago I started feeling an uncomfortable feeling in the penile area. I feel sensitive, Bothered, I feel like I am going to lose control and pee myself(though I never do), or I feel like I have to ejaculate. It is really unpleasant and I can hardly sleep at night. I often call the feeling pain, but it is not really pain, it is just a very distracting and uncomfortable feeling that distract me from everything important in life.

Now I am wondering what the cause of the feeling is. I have tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea 3 times, all results negative. I have also tested
Mycoplasma values without any results.

I did test myself for prostatitis this year and the doctor agreed that I had at least a bit of it. I got antibiotics and anti-inflammatory pills for ten days. When I returned a month or so after I still had a little bit of prostatitis left it seemed. I was given more anti-inflammatory pills(diklofenak mylan), which I ate for about a month.
I don't know if the prostatitis has gone away now but I assume so. The uncomfortable feeling remained, however.

A few months later I returned because I was red around the urethra opening, I got another 10 days worth of antibiotics. The first days it seemed to help but it was probably just something similar to the placebo effect. The feeling still remained.

I would really like feedback on this from people who have experience in the areas of Urethral trauma, strictures or Prostatitis.

The symptoms are, the uncomfortable feeling like I need to pee or ejaculate all the time. Sensitivity. Being red around the urethra and also a bit of anal irritation. It usually stings a little bit when I pee, but it is not very painful.
