On Cipro for 2 months - Feeling Fatigued, Nautious, Stressed

I'm a 27 year old male with a history of anxiety/panic disorder.

In early april I was diagnosed with Chronic Prostatitis (which I can remember suffering from for a while and thinking it was bloating/cramps). I started taking Cipro 500 twice a day and I noticed significant improvement of my condition, even though I'm not 100% cured. Some side effects I noticed since my Cipro treatment started is feeling more anxious about my health and also a lot of bloating/gas as well as changes in the stool color (Sometimes Pale, Sometimes Yellow, Sometimes Dark Brown - not black)
Last week I started noticing I was losing my appetite, and since I have a hectic lifestyle I caught myself eating very badly (skipping lunch, having late dinners, only having one or two meals a day). The result was a loss of 6 pounds in two weeks (Im 6'1 and used to weigh 176, now Im at 170). I'm also a hypochondriac and I worry about my health a lot! (To the point of digging my stool to look for something wrong). The past weekend I went through several panic attacks and I had to take some doses of Xanax to get it normalized (0.25mg). Monday I went to my general practice and I was feeling dizzy, with blurred vision. He ordered a whole lot of blood work, including liver panel, thyroid and HIV. I started freaking out and since then I've been feeling depressed, fatigued and nautious as well. I get hungry close to meal time, then I eat and right after I start eating my appetite goes away and I have to shove the food down..then I become nautious for the rest of the time until the next meal approaches.

I was tested for HIV about 2 years ago and I only had one sexual intercourse in the mean time. I also don't recall having any episode of infection symptoms after (which would caracterize the first acute infection of HIV)..Haven't had a fever in a long time..

Should I worry about HIV?
Is my long term (2 months) treatment on Cipro affecting my liver?
Is it all only caused by my extreme anxiety about my health?
I'm desperate.

Please somebody give me some light. I had some bloodwork done and everything leucocytes, basophyles, etc, etc, came normal.
I'm really worried I might have something serious and I'm feeling depressed....It's messing up my whole life.
