Persistent penis pain for over 6 weeks

I'm a 29 year old white male. I received unprotected oral sex from another male 2 months ago. Symptoms began shortly after.

Days/weeks post encounter:
Day 2-3: Started to notice a very slight burning during end of urination that persisted.
Day 7: Went to GP and had urinalysis done and did not find anything (no bacteria, wbc, etc.) and said it might go away, come back if it doesn't.
Day 9: Notice clear discharge at end of penis throughout the day. Notice white stains in boxers a couple mornings.
Day 10: Had sex with girlfriend, had painful ejaculation and semen was very yellow colored (not normal for me). For the next 24 hours had extremely painful urination and itching at tip of penis.
Day 11: Unbearable pain didn't go away. Back to GP early morning and did another urinalysis and swab in penis hole that hurt sooo bad (have had swab before but this was beyond anything i've ever experienced, i was shaking in pain). Was treated with shot in arm and 2g azithromycin and 5 days cipro. Pain subsided over the next few days and discharge went away but had extreme urgency and penis tip felt like urine was stuck in it, soon after began throbbing pelvic pain and irritation/pain in penis tip. Results were negative for all STDs and no bacteria found in urine.
2.5 weeks: Continued urgency and pelvic pain and penis tip pain. Ejaculated again and had yellow semen still, more pronounced irritation and redness at penis tip that lasted 24-48 hours post ejaculation.
3 weeks: Went back to GP explained symptoms and was given 10 days doxy 100mg twice a day. Tested for HSV and Syphilis - both negative.
4.5 weeks: Urgency and urination problems all cleared up. Ejaculated again and it is normal color now (clear/white). However, have persistent pain in tip of penis all day everyday. Feels better in the morning just when waking up but doesn't last long. Also have intermittent pain in pelvis (throbbing).  Have had a few days of discomfort and slight pain near base of right testicle.
5.5 weeks: Visit urologist explain symptoms. He seems very dismissive of me and says it's probably some minor irritation. He exams me visually and says everything looks fine. Told me to take 400-600mg ibuprofen 3x a day for 3 weeks.
8 weeks: Today, done with 3 weeks of ibuprofen and no change in recent symptoms.  Didn't notice much change while taking the ibuprofen either.

I don't mind so much the pelvic pain or the pain in right testicle as those seem to come and go. It's the persistent penis pain that bothers me all day. My penis head hurts a lot, it is very sensitive and stimulation does not feel good. Because of that, I have no desire to have sex or even get an erection because it feels uncomfortable. I'm getting really down from this and I need help. I have another appointment with my urologist but it's not for 3 more weeks and I'm afraid he is going to brush me off again unless I go with some more educated ideas.

Thanks for reading.

Could this potentially be pain from the urethral swab?  I did not go to an STD clinic, just my regular doctors office and the nurse practitioner was not experienced in doing it.  I can't imagine the pain would still be here 6 weeks after the swab but it was waaay more painful than when I have previously received the swab, a few years ago.  I can't think of anything else and the pain is definitely isolated in the front of the penis.
