Rigid Shrivelled Penis
Hello,
I am a 30 year old male, I have experienced for around 18 months issues where my penis is almost always shrivelled like I am cold, erections only ever get to about 70-80% and the volume of semen has reduced massively. I am also having issues urinating. I’ve had countless STI tests with nothing coming up, I have had cystoscopies, been on ciproflaxicin and even viagra and Cialis don’t quite help like they should. I also feel like the area between my balls and anus has changed, almost like something is missing. Please can anyone help? I really want to end this issue. I vape, I don’t smoke and I seldom exercise. Rarely drink. I also get a burning sensation on the tip after urinating, intercourse or masturbation.
