"Good day.
Before two and half months i had a sex without condoms, after a week or two weeks  i was having left groin pain as well as  pus and blood discharge from penis as well as pain while urinating. I went to doctor they told me to carry out urine test and confirmed me that it was urinary tract infection. As advised by doctor they gave me two injection of antibiotic and Antibiotic medicines for a week , after 4-5 days there was no pain while urinating and no discharge of pus/blood.

Kindly Advice any dangerous to me as per above scenario.

So you had an infection and it was evaluated and the pathogen detected and proper treatment given.  As long as you completed taking the pills as directed and your symptoms are gone, your problem is solved.

Antibiotics can cause your intestinal flora to get out of balance.  If you are having digestive problems, take a prebiotic and eat more vegetables and avoid sugar for a while.
