cuts in genital area

I think I have to be more clear about my problem. I've been having literally small cuts in my penis, and it gets worse everytime I have sex or everytime my penis grows in size. It happens on the tip of the penis, and on the foreskin. Sometimes it looks kind of dry, I just guessed it could be skin that stays there after the cuts happen. I haven't got any fever or anything like that, and I've been having this problem for like 2 months, it's really beginning to bother me, I can't have sex because I'm afraid it could really hurt me. PLEASE! answer me, I'm desesperate, I don't have any money to go to a doctor right now, but I would like to have an idea of what this could be.

My friend you are not alone, I'm sick and tired of people telling me it is an STD, I have been checked out, it is not, I have had these little cuts for around 4 months now and I have read about one poor guy who has been suffering for 6 months. I am trying to abstain from sex with my wife, I am only 3 days into an attempted 2 month cessation, wish me luck, of course the problem is the less sex I have the more I dream about it and wake up with an erection and then hey presto, the skin splits. A little tip is when you go to bed, literally just before, apply some vasoline and at least then if you, like me, dream of Jessica Alba, you will at least have some protection. Good luck, Tony

also, I don't know if this could help, but I see that on one side of my penis I've been getting small bumps, I can't remember if I had this before, it seems like the parts where hair grows, just like that small. I just think it's weird because it doesn't have any hair on it. that part doesn't hurt, so I don't know if that's something that has to do with the rest or if it's just normal. anyway, please answer me back!
