TMS causing problems?
Hello. For a few months now I have noticed small brownish faded spots on the head of my penis and some on the shaft of it. There is also one that is larger and brownish-purple about 2-3 cm on the head that feels sore and sometimes causes pain during urination. I am a smoker and have masturbated the TMS way almost my whole life. Eight months ago i had a possible HIV scare and took a test that turned out negative at four weeks and am currently waiting for the results of the second one. What could have caused this??

Any patch on the penis should not be taken lightly and I’ll suggest consulting a urologist as making an online diagnosis without clinical examination is not possible. However, the few possibilities which could be likely are plasma cell balanitis which is usually associated with itching and is treated with the local application of the steroid cream and circumcision is curative. It could be erythoplasia of queyrat which is a fore-runner of the cancer of penis. Hence, a physical examination with a urologist is a must. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
