Testicle Pain and Stomach disorder

Hello am rohit 25 yrs old. I am feeling little testicle pain(left one) for last 2 months. It is just mild pain sometimes occur and sometimes not. Left ball is also bigger than right one. My other problem is stomach disorder although stomach problem is very old one. But my question is can testicle pain be due to stomach disorder or vice-versa? I also took testosterone injections for about 7 months(3 times/month 250mg), can those be the reason for the pain? I also realized that sometimes testicles are tight and sometimes loose. Please suggest what should i do as pain not much, but even then there must be some reason for it.

Thanks Dr Kaul for answer. Do you think a homeopathic treatment would be helpful ? Because for the pas few months i am already taking allopathic medicines for various other diseases(cold, stomach disorder, etc). So i just wanted to take a break from these allopathic medicines as they can be harmful.

Hi there!

It is normal to have slight discrepancy in the size of the two testicles and this should not be anything to worry about. Testicular pain could occur secondary to infections, inflammations, trauma/ injuries, growths/ masses, referred pain from other regions etc. Stomach/ related issues and testosterone injections are unlikely to be directly associated to testicular pain. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
