itchy urethra and (sometimes) prostate

i'm a 17 year old male, and as of last night(2/19/17) i have been feeling a slight to mild itching sensation in the tip of the urethra and around the outer edges of the prostate, i've never had sex and neither of my parents or other relatives have and STD (at least as far as i know), i've found a way to sort of scratch it and make it stop momentarily, but once any sort of arousal dies down it goes away, there's no burning sensation when i go to the bathroom, in fact it seems to relieve it, i also don't have any foreskin covering the head of my penis, and no other fluid has come out of my shaft other than urine, all i can find on the subject is "you have a yeast infection from foreskin" or "you had sex with a random stranger? must be an STD or some other weird life threatening disease" but neither of those can be true for me since i'm a virgin as previously stated, does anyone know what kind of disease(if any) i have? or at least when the itching will stop being a problem, i was going to give it a week before i did anything but it's getting annoying
